Can I still use Organizr in my Server instance? #

Hopefully you are aware of the depreciation of Bitbucket Server app licenses as of 15th of February 2023 (more: Atlassian Server end of life (sale/support) information ). If you are not yet transitioning over to Bitbucket Cloud or DataCenter, you will still be able to continue using, renew and update your Organizr app in your Bitbucket Server instance.

You can continue to use Organizr with your current Organizr server license until 15/Feb/2024 – You can still obtain a Organizr license, and receive updates and new features as you are used to.

We have tested these steps internally and confirmed that you are able to

  1. Install the Datacenter version of Organizr into Bitbucket server (the Organizr server and Datacenter artifacts are binary identical)
  2. Obtain a DataCenter license for our Organizr app, and assign it to your Organizr installation. You can match the Organizr DataCenter license user count with your current active user count in Bitbucket Server.
