Izymes Apps – Bitbucket 9 Platform Update and Status
Bitbucket 9 has been released on 23/Jul/2024. With the general availability of Bitbucket 9 (Datacenter) we are working hard on releasing Bitbucket 9 compatible versions of our flagship Bitbucket apps
Bitbucket 9 includes a major overhaul of Atlassian Data Center offerings, collectively known as Platform 7.
This release implements architectural changes in Atlassian’s Data Center platform, which are motivated by an improved security posture and a modernized technology stack.
Our team is currently migrating and testing all affected apps thoroughly on Bitbucket 9 infrastructure.

Upgrade Support
We’re 100% committed to support and assist our customers through the process of upgrading Izymes apps to the Bitbucket 9 platform. We have created a dedicated upgrade support channel to address upgrade issues more efficiently.
Scheduling a Bitbucket 9 platform upgrade
We recommend proceeding with caution and patience during the upgrade process to the new Bitbucket 9 Data Center version. It is advisable to conduct a thorough review of the platform and installed apps in a development environment before upgrading the production environment. Additionally it is advisable to wait for the next Bitbucket 9 Long Term Support (LTS) version to be released, as security fixes will only be released on the LTS versions according to Atlassian’s security bugfix policy
